GOSHEN – A new sign is now visible in the Goshen community. The celebrated an official ribbon cutting ceremony on January 6 at a new location, 1701 Elkhart Road.
2014 was a groundbreaking year for the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northern Indiana Real Estate. In February of 2014, the company transitioned from Prudential One Realty to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northern Indiana Real Estate. But that major undertaking simply began the momentum.
After the February brand transition, the company’s real estate market share grew stronger yet with the acquisition of the Bontrager Hardies Realty company on September 15, 2014.
On January 26, the celebrated an official ribbon cutting ceremony, opening in their new Goshen location at 1701 Elkhart Road. With a new brand, new office space, and an energized team of expert real estate agents, the brokerage has earned their top spot in the market as the number one real estate company in the region.
