Hello! I am Autumn Naturkas, a real estate sales agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate. Buying a home is one of life's biggest milestones, and I'm committed to making the journey exciting, rewarding, and as stress-free as possible. As a real estate sales agent serving Harbor Springs, Pellston, Alanson, and the beautiful surrounding Northern Michigan communities, I take pride in helping first-time homebuyers, families, and property buyers find the perfect place to call home.
Growing up with a passion and interest in homes and real estate, I've always been drawn to helping people find a place they don't only just call home, but where they can create their best memories. Today, I am proud to serve my community with honesty, dedication, and personalization. I believe every client deserves to feel informed, confident, and supported from their initial conversation to the closing table.
One of my greatest strengths is my amazing connection to the local community. In addition to a full-time real estate career, I also work downtown Harbor Springs at the New York Restaurant, where I have continued to create lasting relationships with many residents and visitors from all over. Being part of such a close community gives me valuable insight into neighborhoods, lifestyles, and new opportunities that make Northern Michigan such a special place to live in.
When I'm not helping clients or at the restaurant, you'll usually find me spending time outdoors with my chocolate Labrador, Boone, horseback riding, or just doing anything to be active outside to appreciate the beauty of Northern Michigan.
Whether you're purchasing your first home, searching for vacant land, investing in a property, or ready to just make a move, I'm here to provide knowledgeable guidance and clear communication every step of the way! If you are ready to start your next chapter, Let's Connect! I'm ready to help you turn your dream getaway in Northern Michigan into a reality!
